SWAP is a powerful lead retrieval application designed for iPhone users, specifically tailored for trade shows and events. This free app requires an Activation Code, which can be obtained at events organized by Maritz Global Events. Users can experiment with the app's features in Demo Mode using a provided code and Badge ID. SWAP allows exhibitors to capture leads in various settings, from sessions to casual meetings, ensuring that opportunities are not missed during events.

The app offers a range of features that enhance productivity for sales teams. Users can capture leads per salesperson and view them on their smartphones, while management can track the productivity of each salesperson through the DecisionPoint feature. Additional functionalities include taking notes within leads, answering qualifying questions, and exporting lead lists in multiple formats. SWAP operates in offline mode, making it reliable even without cellular connectivity, and utilizes Location Services and Bluetooth for monitoring booth traffic, although this may impact battery life.
