Monitoring end-user experience is difficult. That’s where Exoprise Service Watch comes in. With Exoprise Service Watch, you can monitor the end-user experience of third-party apps while you browse.

To get the most out of Exoprise Service Watch, you’ll need to make sure you’re using it on a device that’s on the same Wi-Fi network as the service. To do this, first open Exoprise Service Watch and enable the Exoprise CloudReady feature. Next, enable your device’s Wi-Fi network, and select the Wi-Fi network that the service is running on.

After this, you’ll be able to create watch sessions for any app that’s connected to the Wi-Fi network you’ve selected. After that, you’ll be able to choose what types of apps you’d like to watch. To ensure you’re only capturing data for the app you’re interested in, you can set the “Allow for Network Diagnostics” option to only capture data from apps that your device needs to run.
