The everyworks app enables easy and flexible access to book a workstation. It includes features like registration, access, payment, and invoicing. The app offers three booking options: Minute Seats, Minute Packages, and Meeting Room. Minute Seats are temporary professional workplaces that can be booked via the app, and billing is simple and to the minute after check-out. Minute Packages, on the other hand, are minute bundles with a fixed duration that can be purchased prior to the visit. The activated minutes from the bought bundles are automatically used at check-out and deducted from the Minute Bundles credit. Lastly, Meeting Room is the most central meeting place in the city, and users can select the ideal meeting room via the app, book it, and add participants. Users receive the access pass to the meeting and use the app for convenient check-in/out.
