EverSync is a tool that lets you back up bookmarks, FVD Speed Dial, and Favorites between different computers. It even allows you to sync between Chrome and Firefox.

It uses the local storage of your browser, not your local hard drive.

Rest assured, you will not lose your favorite bookmarks with online backup and trash features. It can also duplicate bookmarks and folders you've made on either browser.
