EVA Check-in is a free Android app developed by Theta NZ for workplaces looking for a fast, secure, and contactless sign-in solution. The app allows visitors, staff, and contractors to sign in using their phone camera to scan EVA Check-in QR codes displayed on posters or the EVA Check-in kiosk.

The sign-in process is quick and easy, requiring users to confirm their details, optionally select who they are visiting, and answer any additional questions required by the workplace. As users leave the site, they can sign out via the app, which keeps a personal record of the places they've been across all sites that use EVA Check-in.

The app securely remembers users' profiles to save them from re-entering their details if they regularly visit the same site. Users can also store multiple profiles and check in multiple people from the same phone.

If enabled by the site, users can opt-in to use geofence check-ins, receive on-site emergency alerts from the site administrator, report site hazards, and complete site questionnaires before arrival to have a faster start to their day.

All check-in data is encrypted, sent, and stored securely, and workplaces can select data retention rules to suit their business requirements.
