This integrated and intuitive portal aims to offer an enhanced HR experience by providing access to all the services delivered by the various HR sub-functions. With a focus on flexibility, EVA allows employees to choose from a range of services that are presented as widgets, enabling them to customize their experience based on their specific needs.

Tata Communications Limited has developed a multitude of portals to serve its employees' HR needs, ranging from complex career planning platforms to basic leave management systems. However, the lack of congruence between these portals has created a dissonance in user experience. EVA seeks to address this issue by providing a single, unified platform where employees can find everything HR-related.

Using the Design Thinking methodology, EVA has been meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of Tata Communications employees. By offering a seamless and comprehensive HR experience, EVA aims to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline HR processes.
