eTicket@KA is a mobile application available for Android and iOS that allows you to purchase digital tickets for Karlsruhe facilities quickly and easily. With this app, waiting in line at the ticket booths is a thing of the past. The app offers a variety of entry tickets, including regular adult tickets, discounted tickets for seniors, disabled individuals, students, children, and group tickets. Additionally, annual passes can also be purchased through the app. The app supports payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. Once you have purchased a digital ticket, you can simply show the generated QR code at the entrance of the facility to gain access without waiting in line.

Currently, eTicket@KA only supports the electronic purchase of tickets for the Karlsruhe Zoo. However, the app is expected to expand its services to include other city facilities in future versions.
