Etherscan decodes all major protocols, including Ethernet, NetBEUI, TCP/IP, and others. It is capable of reconstructing TCP/IP sessions. With this feature, you can easily see data in their original format, for example, you will be able to read the actual text of an email - as well as any attachment - exactly as it was sent.
