This app provides access to the ESV Bible on your phone, free and officially available from its publisher. It allows you to search the Bible for specific verses, or to simply read it if that's your preference. It lacks a few advanced features, such as highlighting, but it runs quickly and it's easy to read just by tapping and swiping, as you'd expect from a phone app. Sadly, the reading experience it provides is a bit diminished on tablets.
