ESPPhumanoid2 is a Chrome plugin developed by gidzinskiy that enhances the functionality of the ESPP system. ESPP, which stands for Incident and Labor Cost Accounting System, is an internal service desk system used by shift employees in the Data Transmission Department.

This extension simplifies the workflow of shift employees by improving labor efficiency through faster completion of specific fields in the system. It automatically deducts labor costs entered in the labor cost field and creates notifications with a single button press. The speed at which network equipment incidents are addressed directly impacts the efficiency of the equipment according to ITIL methodology. The Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) are calculated using this methodology, and improvement in these metrics directly enhances the performance of the company's information services.

Additionally, the plugin allows for the loading of equipment connection diagrams and building floor plans where the equipment is located. These diagrams are stored on a file server, and the extension enables users to open the diagrams directly from the service desk using the IP address of the network node associated with the incident(s). Furthermore, a phone book is integrated into the extension, providing contact information for operational personnel to quickly resolve issues related to inaccessible SPD equipment.
