Click-to-dial functionality is available on any web page, including web-based CRMs. This feature enables you to quickly initiate calls by simply clicking on phone numbers.

Additionally, the extension provides notifications for new voicemails and missed calls, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with your communications. You can also switch your extension presence between Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, and other statuses.

For enhanced control, the extension allows you to pause/unpause queue agent status and log in/log out as needed. You can also blocklist specific websites to prevent the extension from detecting phone numbers on those sites.

Please note that this extension is specifically designed for use with the eSIP E-Series phone system and requires an eSIP Web Client account. If used with the eSIP Web Client, the extension supports all features. However, if used with the eSIP Desktop Client, it only supports click-to-call, phone number auto-detection on web pages, and website blocklist features.
