The SIIA CARE app is a tool for people who suffer from hypertension to have an easier way to track the condition, and to be helped by their doctor or healthcare provider. It is designed to provide the user with easy access to the information they need in order to keep their blood pressure under control. It can also be used by their doctor or healthcare provider to monitor the user's blood pressure.

This app is made as a joint effort of the European Society of Hypertension and the SIIA Società Italiana per la Ipertensione Arteriosa. It is especially made as a joint venture for the UPCOMING "XII Giornata Mondiale contro l'Ipertensione Arteriosa".
