ES Learn Spanish Words is a free app for Android that offers a unique approach to learning Spanish and building vocabulary. The app consists of two stages of learning. The first stage involves browsing websites in Spanish. You can read the news or any other content that interests you. If you come across a word that you don't understand, you can touch it to see the translation at the bottom of the screen. You can also add the word to your word list if you wish.

The second stage involves practicing your word list using flashcards. There are various quizzes available including multiple choice, hangman style, and spelling quizzes. When you fully learn a word, the estimated date of reaching the next milestone is shown. The app also includes a hands-free mode using the built-in speech synthesis that allows you to practice your words while driving, working out, or whenever you feel like it.

In addition, you can organize your personal word list by adding tags to the words and even share selected words with friends or export them to Google Drive as a CSV file or internal file format. The app does not contain any ads, but it links to external web pages that may or may not contain ads. Please note that this app is probably not for the absolute beginner.
