Equinix Customer Portal is a free iPhone app developed by Equinix Inc. Designed for Equinix customers in North America, Asia Pacific (including China), and EMEA, this app simplifies the process of ordering Equinix products and services. With the Equinix Customer Portal, you can easily place orders for a range of services, including Smart Hands, Work Visit, Inbound Shipment, Outbound Shipment, Trouble Ticket, Security Access, and Conference Room Booking.

This app provides a convenient platform for Equinix customers to review their orders, approve pending orders and shipments, and directly communicate with Equinix technicians. The Equinix Customer Portal also allows users to clone, modify, and cancel orders, as well as generate various reports such as Order report, User report, Audit report, and Installbase report. Additionally, users can invite new users from their organization to join the Equinix Customer Portal.
