As you open the Pull Request list page, you'll see an additional column called Merge Conflicts.

The Merge Conflicts column allows you to review the changes made to the codebase in a project. It can even show you the changes made by a collaborator on the same project.

When you open a pull request, you can mark it as In Review, which creates a comment on the PR. You can even update the description, title, and assign it to a story in PivotalTracker, which will let you easily track the progress of a project.
