The app offers various configuration options, allowing you to customize the thickness of the ring, its direction, and color.

Energy Ring is designed to be efficient and puts almost 0% load on the CPU. It wakes up only to reflect any change in battery level. Moreover, the app can hide on fullscreen content like apps, videos, images, and games. It also has several cool animations that activate whenever you plug a power source into your device.

Energy Ring runs as an accessibility service, allowing it to display on the lock screen. It does not read or monitor any data. This feature is especially useful for people who have difficulty reading numbers and prefer visual data.

However, there is a possibility of screen burn-in, especially if the thickness of the energy ring is set to a minimum. Samsung automatically moves a few pixels every now and then to avoid screen burn-in, which includes Energy Ring moving away from its original position.
