With this app, users can notify EMULSA technicians about any problems they encounter in the public areas or urban facilities. Users can manage their reports and keep track of the issues they have reported, as well as the resolutions provided by EMULSA and the response given to the citizen.

When reporting an incident, users can provide a brief explanation and attach a photo taken from their smartphone. The app also sends GPS coordinates along with the photo to help the EMULSA technicians locate and address the reported problem more accurately.
