Empire of Sin - Make It Count (DLC) is an add-on content pack for the action-packed, role-playing game Empire of Sin, developed by Romero Games and published by Paradox Interactive. It centers on players diving into the criminal underworld, building their mob empire. 

New content 

Empire of Sin - Make It Count (DLC) adds depth to the original story, offering new elements and character development that enrich the overall gaming experience. It also incorporates a variety of gameplay mechanics, including turn-based combat, strategic planning, and resource management, while exploring themes of crime and noir.  

This DLC debuts a new playable character, Maxim Zelnick, who joins the ruthless ranks of Chicago’s underworld. It also introduces the new Fixer gangster profession, loan shark racket, an additional 20 missions, various weapons, and more. However, some may find this DLC not worth its price point.
