Elisa Ring is a communication application that allows users to easily manage their calls, change their status, display their phone number, and access contacts from their phone or the Ring service address book. To use the app, organizations must have a subscription to the Elisa Ring service, and users must have an Elisa Ring connection.

For dual-SIM phones, it is necessary to turn off the non-ELISA SIM card during the app setup to ensure successful authentication. Once the software authentication is complete, the second SIM card can be reactivated.

Note: If you are activating the app while using a VoLTE (WiFi) connection, you should first switch to a 4G/3G connection. After the setup is complete, you can switch back to VoLTE (WiFi).

If you encounter login issues:

• For multi-SIM phones, only the Elisa SIM card should be active.
• Does the call to *888# work? A small text-based menu should appear on the screen.
• Does the call to 889 work? You should hear the time announcement.
• Can you log in to the browser-based Ring using your own credentials?
