ELEN is a free Android application designed for all electric vehicle users. Developed by HEP d.d., the app allows users to find the nearest ELEN charging station, check its availability, power, connectors, and occupancy, and carry out charging. It also enables users to report any malfunction or problem with the charging stations, receive notifications and reminders regarding the use of a charging station, and in the future, reserve chargers, make e-mobility service payments, and roam with all European partners on the market.

The app contains a regularly updated map with all ELEN charging station locations. Standardized charging stations with standardized charging connectors, suitable for all electric vehicles on the market, are equally distributed throughout Croatia and cover all urban centers, intercity roads, and main motorways.
