Egg Pou is a 2D fighting game, in which the player fights against various enemies, and at the end of each fight, he can get various items from the defeated opponent. The gameplay of the game is similar to other fighting games, such as those based on the popular Mortal Kombat franchise. However, in Egg Pou, the player can get items and weapons that he can use to fight the enemies.

The game's story begins when the player's sister is kidnapped by the Boss, who is the father of Egg Pou's enemies. The player must defeat the Boss in order to rescue his sister.
