EESL is a free mobile application available on the Android platform. Developed by DoITC GoR, the app provides the latest updates on Energy Efficiency Services Limited’s initiatives towards making India an energy-efficient nation. It offers a simplified process for registering and tracking complaints, a single point to get all department-related information, and access to LIVE and real-time SLNP dashboard at India, State, District, and ULB levels.

The app enables you to lodge complaints and trace real-time complaint status, ensuring faster and assured response from EESL for a registered complaint. Unique features of the project include a centralized SLNP and CCMS dashboard with advanced search capabilities, reduced turnaround time for analysis results to reach staff on the field, real-time maintenance and verification tracking, and a single dashboard to display program details based on assigned locations for EESL vendors. The app is an efficient tool for citizens and organizations alike, making it easier to connect with the organization and its various programs.
