Whether it's during the night, after hours, on weekends, or holidays, you can schedule an appointment or have an on-demand visit in just around 15 minutes.

Virtual doctors provide a range of benefits, including avoiding the hassle of leaving home, saving on the high costs of Urgent Care or the ER, and accessing medical care when your regular doctor is not available. Additionally, if you need a short-term refill on a prescription or find it difficult to visit the doctor's office, ECUHealthNow can be a valuable resource.

The app is designed to treat non-emergency conditions such as allergies, bronchitis, colds and flu, ear pain, fever, migraines, pink eye, rash, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary tract infections (female, 18+), and more. However, it's important to note that ECUHealthNow should not be used for medical emergencies, sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract infections in males, or urinary tract infections in females under 18 years of age. Children under 3 with a fever and children under 12 with ear pain are also not eligible for treatment through ECUHealthNow.
