EcoGuide: Russian Birds is a Russian field guide to the birds of Northern Eurasia temperate forests zone. The application was developed to help the user identify a bird in the forest and learn more about it. It is the only field guide to the birds of the temperate forests of Russia. It is a mobile application with a manual and a ringtone. It has a database with information on the habitat and distribution of each species. It is based on a manual that was written by leading ornithologist of Russia Lev Gorbachev.

The manual contains descriptions of all the species of the temperate forests of Russia, including those that are not found in the app.
