Eagle Island is a Nintendo Switch game developed by Pixelnicks. The game follows the story of Quill and his owl Koji, who must explore the avian world of Eagle Island, uncover the ruins of lost civilizations, and confront the gargantuan deity, Armaura, to rescue Ichiro. The game's pixel art is modernized and provides a fresh take on platforming. Quill's arsenal of solo moves consists of running, jumping, and the occasional ledge grab, and players can launch attacks with Koji in 8 directions using the D-pad-like aiming controls.
