E-SAMSAT RIAU is an electronic network service provided by TIM PEMBINA SAMSAT RIAU to facilitate online payment and annual verification of motor vehicle taxes, SWDKLLJ, and PNBP STNK verification. The service is accessible to all Samsat throughout the administrative region of the Province of Riau. It offers a simple and convenient way to pay vehicle taxes and STNK verification fees from the comfort of your mobile device.

E-SAMSAT RIAU is solely dedicated to the payment of annual motor vehicle taxes, SWDKLLJ, and PNBP STNK verification fees. Once the registration process is completed, a unique payment code is generated which can be used to pay through the E-Channel banking service (ATM) provided by partnering banks such as Bank Daerah (Bank Riau). The payment code is valid for a maximum of two hours, and if not used within that time, the applicant must re-register. After payment, the applicant receives proof of payment which is valid for up to one month. The proof of payment must be exchanged for the original SKPD and STNK verification. Any proof of payment exceeding one month does not have the operational legitimacy of a vehicle on the road.
