E-MENZA Mobilkártya is an application associated with the E-MENZA system, designed to replace physical cards for kindergarten entry and school meal ordering. The app requires enabling location services (GPS) and internet access on the phone.

Upon installing the app, parents need to log in to the E-MENZA web parental administration page, click on their child's name, and request a code by clicking the "Authorize Mobile Phone" button. This code can be scanned using the app's "New Card" feature (via QR code) from the screen (granting camera access), or it can be manually entered.

Parents can link multiple children to a single phone. The "Authorize Mobile Phone" button on the E-MENZA web interface appears only if the child's institution has permitted mobile phone usage for meal services.

For kindergarten use, daily entry is possible near the kindergarten. For school use, ordering meals for the upcoming mealtime is available near the school cafeteria within the specified time frame.
