E-Inspect Food Additives is a free Android app that helps you identify the ingredients in your food. With over 500 additives (E numbers) present in everyday food products, this app provides you with detailed information about each one. The app is available in English and Slovene languages and provides a safety rating for each additive, based on recent studies and updated with each new version.

The safety rating is categorized as "considered safe", "suspicious", "avoid", "dangerous" or "risk unknown". The app also provides information about whether an additive is approved in the EU, additive origin (synthetic and/or natural) and whether it is animal-based, which means it is not suitable for vegetarians. You can search for additives by their E-number, name, alternative name or description. The app also offers customizable settings and adjustable font size. E-Inspect Food Additives is completely free and does not require an internet connection to use.
