E-CD (Customs Declaration) is a free Android application developed by Bea Cukai Makassar, designed to provide convenience to international passengers at Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. The Electronic Customs Declaration is a customs service system that allows passengers to fill out and submit customs notifications, in addition to the traditional paper-based Form Customs Declaration. The application is user-friendly and public in nature, making it accessible to anyone with an internet-enabled mobile device.

The E-CD application is based on the Android platform and is a part of the SMART Customs service initiative, which aims to provide seamless trade, travel, and transport services to passengers. The application is designed to increase compliance with customs provisions and provide better service to passengers.
