e-Boks is a secure, convenient and easy to use online portal for Swedish residents to send and receive mail and to access services offered by the Swedish Post and Telephone Administration (trafikverket).

It is designed to be used as an interface between you and the Post and Telephone Administration. You can send your mail via e-mail to an e-mail address, or to a phone number you have registered with the Post and Telephone Administration.

When you send mail to an e-mail address you create in the app, the recipient will receive an e-mail with a link to a web page where they can read your message. The service is secured with BankID.

e-Boks is designed to work with all kinds of mail applications, including mobile mail, Gmail, Yahoo!, Outlook, iCloud and more.

To log in, you need a digital certificate issued by the Swedish Post and Telephone Administration. You can also add a BankID to get access to the full range of services in e-Boks Plus.

The service is also available for iOS and Android.
