It provides comprehensive reports on commercial fishing vessels entering and exiting ports. The main target groups of this system include:

1. Shipowners: This includes both domestic and international fishing vessels, coastal fishing vessels, vessels operating in specific zones, and vessels operating in specific zones and border areas. The system aims to facilitate the documentation of shipowner agreements and crew member accounts for Thai vessels that are not fishing vessels, using electronic methods.

2. Crew Members: The system also caters to crew members by facilitating the documentation of their work schedules and requests for time off using electronic methods.
