DXN HRMS is the official HRMS for employees of the Department of Labor (DL). The App allows employees to check their own DXN Calendar, to view HR Announcement, apply for leave, perform application approval and update attendance records on the go through the mobile platform. The App also allows them to check their own calendar to view their rest/off day, DXN Public Holiday, leave application and attendance record. They can apply for leave and keep track of their leave balance and status. They can also apply for overtime and work outside the office.

The employees can also perform application approval.
