DuoTranslator is a free, open-source translation extension designed for the Chrome browser that enhances the translation experience with its unique bilingual display and user-friendly features. It allows users to easily switch between bilingual and standard translation modes without any configuration, making it accessible for all users. The extension includes customizable style adjustments, enabling users to modify border, background, and font colors to suit their preferences while translating text.

One of the standout features of DuoTranslator is its bilingual highlighting capability, which simplifies the reading of lengthy paragraphs by segmenting them into sentences. This allows users to hover over sentences to see both the original and translated text highlighted for better comprehension. Additionally, the rule mode provides a quick way to designate areas of a webpage that do not require translation. With ongoing development, DuoTranslator promises to add even more features in the future.
