dubbii is a lifestyle app developed by Hayward Bos Ltd for iPhone users. It aims to alleviate the struggles of housework, particularly for individuals with ADHD. The app offers a unique approach by providing body doubling, where users can have someone virtually accompany them during various household tasks.

With dubbii, users can access a wide range of common household jobs and watch videos that guide them through the process. The app covers tasks such as making the bed, changing sheets, putting a load of laundry on, hanging clothes out to dry, folding and putting away laundry, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as cleaning the lounge. It also includes tasks related to the kitchen, such as unloading the dishwasher, washing dishes, and taking out the bins.

A new addition to dubbii is the self-care category, which offers videos for starting the day, bedtime routines, cleaning teeth, having a shower, and even a breathing exercise.

The app allows users to try out body doubling with Rich & Rox for free, choosing one task from the household category. However, full access to all tasks and body doubling sessions requires a dubbii subscription. Subscribers can benefit from watching body doubling videos, following along with ADHD Love's Rox & Rich, breaking down tasks into micro-steps, and tracking progress without feeling overwhelmed.

dubbii offers subscription details, including reminders for automatic renewal and the option to cancel if the app is no longer needed. It aims to avoid the "ADHD tax" by simplifying payment setup and renewal processes.

Overall, dubbii provides a unique solution for individuals with ADHD who struggle with housework. Its body doubling feature and comprehensive range of tasks make it a valuable tool for managing household responsibilities.
