Droid Tesla Pro: A Powerful Circuit Simulator for Electronics Design

Droid Tesla Pro is a simple and powerful circuit simulator designed for students, hobbyists, tinkerers, and professionals in the field of electronics circuit design. With its interactivity and innovation, Droid Tesla Pro offers a convenient tool for performing electronics circuit design calculations on the go.

The simulator solves basic resistive circuits using Kirchoff's Current Law (KCL) in a manner similar to how a student would approach circuit design in a classroom setting. It systematically forms a matrix based on KCL and then solves for the unknown quantities using algebraic techniques such as Gaussian elimination and sparse matrix techniques.

Droid Tesla Pro also handles non-linear components like diodes and BJT by employing an iterative process. The simulator makes an initial guess at a solution and improves it through successive calculations, using the Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm for circuits with non-linear I/V relationships.

For reactive elements such as capacitors and inductors, Droid Tesla Pro utilizes numeric integration methods to approximate their state as a function of time. It offers both Trapezoidal and Gear integration methods, with the latter being more stable while the former is faster and more accurate.

The extensive list of components that Droid Tesla Pro can simulate includes resistors, capacitors, inductors, potentiometers, light bulbs, operational amplifiers, transistors, diodes, voltage sources, current sources, switches, logic gates, flip-flops, relays, and more. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced professional, Droid Tesla Pro is a handy tool for circuit simulation and design.
