DostMet-Video Call Chat, developed by NF.ID, is an Android social app that connects people worldwide for live face-to-face conversation. It provides one-on-one high-definition video calls, instant text messaging with photo and media support, and global discovery tools to find matches across regions. The app includes profile customization and safety controls, and its simplified, lightweight design targets socially active users, travelers, and anyone seeking casual cross-cultural exchange.

Handles direct, personal conversations with HD video and messaging

The app focuses on one-on-one visual contact, offering high-definition video calls alongside instant text messaging that accepts photos and other media. That combination supports quick, personal conversations rather than group broadcasting. For everyday use this means a user can switch from text to live video within the same connection, making casual introductions and short exchanges simple to carry out without leaving the conversation thread.

Requires Android devices and explicit media permissions to start

Setup depends on platform and permissions. DostMet is available on Android only and asks for camera, microphone, and storage access to enable calls and save messaging data. The app also needs a stable internet connection and a registered account or social sign-in to begin matching. Typical onboarding steps are:

• Create an account or sign in with social credentials
• Grant camera and microphone access for calls
• Allow storage access for media in chats

Low-friction interface and lightweight build suit modest devices

The interface is simplified to reduce setup time and the developer describes the app as lightweight for varied Android hardware. That design choice lowers resource demands during short calls and messaging sessions, and profile customization tools let users present interests without deep configuration. Registration is required, so initial friction appears at sign-up rather than during day-to-day use.

Safety controls exist, but daily reliability depends on the community

Built-in blocking and reporting tools address unwanted contacts, giving users direct controls over interactions. Public reception notes ease of use, yet also reports that experience quality varies with community activity. Because matching and conversation tone depend on who is online, daily reliability for meaningful connections can shift; users should expect variable encounter frequency and apply the available safety controls when needed.

To sum up, DostMet suits casual social explorers who want spontaneous video conversations

To sum up, DostMet is a practical option for people seeking quick, exploratory cross-cultural contact on Android; community-driven variability means individual experience will differ. For faster access, sign in with a social credential to shorten registration steps. It suits those who prefer lightweight mobile apps for informal, immediate face-to-face interaction rather than tightly moderated social networks.
