Doorstep Banking (DSB) is a mobile banking service that allows customers to perform banking transactions at their doorstep. It is intended to serve as a supplement to the traditional banking system, which is mainly focused on financial transactions.

It is a service offered by the participating banks of the Private Sector Banking (PSB) alliance. The service is available in 60 centers in the major cities of India. It will be provided through the agents who are currently present in the respective bank branches.

The service will be made available to the customers of any and all the participating banks of the PSB alliance. The customers will not need to visit the bank branches to perform the transactions. Instead, the service will be made available through the agents who are present in the customers’ homes.

The service will allow the customers to access their accounts, make payments, transfer money, and perform other transactions. It will also provide the customers with the facility of making payments through a UPI platform.
