東和銀行アプリ is a free Android application developed by THE TOWA BANKLTD. It offers a range of convenient banking services, including account opening, address change, and internet banking application. With the eKYC feature, users can complete the submission of identification documents directly from their smartphones. The app also provides links to various content.

The main features of 東和銀行アプリ include account opening, balance inquiry, transaction history, address change, internet banking application, cash card reissuance application, campaigns, announcements, and links to various content.

To get started with the app, users need to register one of their accounts. Please note that multiple accounts cannot be registered. The app can only be used with accounts that have issued cash cards.

To use the account opening, internet banking, and address change application features, follow these steps:

1. Launch the app and select the desired feature.

2. Enter the required information as instructed.

3. Confirm the entered information and submit it.

4. You will receive a confirmation email with an eKYC link provided by LIQUID after the application is received. Follow the link to submit your identification documents.

5. After our bank's review process is complete, you will receive a completion email regarding your application.

Please note that it may take around 1-2 weeks for the cash card and customer card to be delivered separately by simple registered mail (no forwarding required) after the completion of the bank's procedures. Passbooks will not be issued.
