In Do No Harm, you’ll take the role of a village doctor in a rural location. In the old-era predating medicine, people come to you for your tonics and concoctions, curing them or potentially worsening their condition. But the further you progress, the more you notice the inhabitants of this place getting strange diseases, with ancient and cryptic medical conditions written in your Book of Medicine, derived from strange practices.

As the sole doctor, you will look at their issues one-by-one, creating medicines to ail their diseases, but somewhere along the road, you face monsters and creatures that lurk about, and you must keep them at bay. The main mechanics of this game forces you to deduct diagnosis as well as determine whether to kill or let characters live; making you wrestle with your own morals and make difficult decisions.

It features ten multiple endings, letting you survive 30 days with an increasingly hostile environment. This game features a mix of 3D background and 2D characters with Lovecraftian-inspired art that drives a point of mystery and intrigue. However, the game is not intuitive and has a learning curve. Aside from that, save points only occur after you finish a day, and with reported glitches and freezes, this is a major inconvenience.
