Дневничок - электронный дневни - is a mobile app for Android. It is not an official application of the Russian government.

This application is for anyone who wants to keep track of their personal schedule, grade their work, and receive tips and advice. This is a useful application for those who are using the Android operating system. It is not a diary in the conventional sense of the word.

There is no way to keep your personal schedule in the conventional diary format.  However, you can create an electronic diary. This is done by adding your name, date of birth, and time of death to the event.
