DLC Mobile, developed by Duquesne Light Company, is a free utility and tool app that allows users to access their energy account on their iPhone. With DLC Mobile, users can conveniently make payments, view and report outages in their area, track their energy consumption, and sign up for My Alerts.

The app allows users to easily schedule payments, make same-day payments through debit/credit card, manage e-Bill, AutoPay, or Budget Billing. Users can also view a map of outages in their area, or report an outage at the touch of a button.
