What is Disprz, and how do you play it?

Disprz is a continuous capability-building / professional development platform that creates a business impact by bridging the gap between learning and working. The platform has three key components - Marketplace, Employee Engagement, and Team Management. The Marketplace component allows you to choose the learning experience that is right for you - from classroom-based learning to live instructor-led training to training delivered via a mobile device or a web browser.

The Employee Engagement component allows you to keep your employees engaged and productive by providing them with the right tools, including a social platform and engagement tools such as a knowledge forum and an R&D portal.

The Team Management component provides you with the capability to track the learning progress of your employees, and evaluate their performance and productivity, to make sure they are getting the right training.
