EmpowerU-DISHA is a quality education initiative of the GIRIDIH district, JHARKHAND to monitor teacher's and student's attendance, monitor teachers' performance and improve the learning outcome of students by strengthening the link between teachers and students across Government schools of the district through e-governance.

EmpowerU-DISHA is a mobile application for teachers and students to access the school administration dashboard. The application facilitates the tracking of attendance, absence and leaves.

Attendance tracking

Teachers can mark attendance via a simple click. Students can also mark their attendance. In case of absence, the school administrator can track the student's attendance.

Leave management

The school administrator can monitor teachers' and students' leaves.

Good governance

This app facilitates the analysis of the Pupil-Teacher Ratio (PTR), the student-teacher ratio, and the regularity of the teachers and students. The app also monitors the school's infrastructure and identifies the issues affecting the school's operations.
