It's a simple mod, the first in bannerlord, so don't expect anything complicated.

The most important thing is that this mod simply injects a prefix code to any call of a method. It checks if the hero is our clan member and if it is, it will give him/her a wound instead of killing him/her. It is a simple way to save the characters from dying in battle, because the engine is telling us that a hero died. We simply need to use the code that is given to us and it will be enough.

The reason why we are doing this is that the engine is telling us that a hero died in battle. But we cannot separate death in battle from death by old age in campaign settings.
