Diplomacy for Insurgency: Sandstorm is a free mod designed for Windows users, created for the 2020 Insurgency Sandstorm mapping contest. This mod immerses players in a scenario where insurgents have taken control of the city’s arms facilities, and players must launch a counter-attack from a secret forward operating base. The main objectives include seizing control of the city and capturing the insurgents' ammunition supply, providing a tactical challenge for players.

The map supports two gameplay modes: Push and Checkpoint, allowing players to experience different tactical scenarios. However, it is important to note that the map currently has some issues that the developer is aware of and plans to address in future updates. Commands for local play in both modes are provided, with potential for additional game modes to be introduced later.
