Using the radio buttons, you can specify the type of roll you're adding to the wishlist, whether it's for PvP, PvE, or GM content. And with the convenient "INSERT" key, you can quickly insert the newly selected roll into the wishlist, eliminating the need for an extra mouse click.

It's worth noting that DIM Wishlist Builder relies on D2Gunsmith, and any subsequent changes to D2Gunsmith may cause issues with the extension.
