Users can easily switch between Setup mode, Debug/Test mode, and Live mode, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the messaging channels and routing configurations.

In Setup mode, users can select a messaging channel to view the necessary routing and agent configurations, with relevant items highlighted for clarity. Debug/Test mode allows for tracing messaging sessions and understanding routing logic, while Live mode enables monitoring of incoming sessions and their routing outcomes. Additional features such as a theme toggle, API version selector, and backend selector enhance user flexibility, ensuring that only authorized Salesforce org data is utilized for rendering the canvas.
