Diamond City Plus is an addition to Diamond City. It adds many new buildings and locations to the lower stands in the city, along with 35+ new NPC’s. You can also choose to play in the lower stands, or the new NPC’s will give you a job.

The main difference between the new additions to Diamond City and the other additions to the game is that the new NPC’s have their own dialogue and story, and their own objectives. This was a change that I wanted to make to the game. The new NPC’s will be in the lower stands, and they will be able to interact with the player. The player will be able to speak to the NPC’s, and the NPC’s will be able to respond to the player’s dialogue and objectives.
