Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases in Myanmar. The disease has a wide range of symptoms and complications. To manage the disease, the patients need to have a clear understanding of the causes, the risk factors, and the symptoms.

In this app, we have tried to provide an easy-to-understand presentation of diabetes and its management to primary care healthcare staff in Myanmar. The app provides them with a quick and easy access to information and tools which can support the diagnosis, dialogue, and treatment of the disease.

The app contains two main entries:

1) Patient dialogue

2) Diabetes wiki

The patient dialogue consists of short animated videos each covering important areas of information for a newly diagnosed patient to be familiar with.
