Debugle is a free cloud-based organizer. It provides you with tools to, essentially, replace email chains and spreadsheets. Being cloud-based, it provides the ability to collaborate and make sure everyone you're working with sees what the team is doing. It also provides the ability to store relevant files, text and so forth all in one place. This makes it a powerful 'all-in-one' organizer for teams that just want to sit down and get things done. That said, it lacks certain useful features that the things it replaces might have (such as CCing the contents of an email to someone outside of the team).
